You are hereby notified that in accordance with Taos County Ordinance No. 1985-6, being the "ORDINANCE IMPOSING A BUSINESS REGISTRATION FEE", You are hereby required to file with the Taos County Clerk, an application for business registration, on or before September of each year. The business registration fee is thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
The fee is imposed pursuant to Section 3-28-3 N.M.S.A. 1978 Comp. as it now exists or is amended and shall be know as the "BUSINESS REGISTRATION FEE".
Any person proposing to engage or engaging in business within Taos County shall apply for and pay a business registration fee for each outlet, branch or location within the limits of Taos County prior to engaging in business.
